These are hands-off sessions that bring forth a full spectrum of universal frequencies that are healing on all levels- physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. It promotes a state of optimal balance which leads to reconnecting to the fullness of your being and who you truly are, so that you can be more on purpose in your life. It may also assist in instantaneous healing, transitioning through crisis, integration, or aligning with a higher vibration from the frequencies.
I find this work very important and valuable at this time as our world is shifting at a rapid rate collectively. My duty is to provide a door for people who are willing and feeling the call to step through in order to live the fullness of who they are intended to be. Reconnective Healing can be offered through distance. Sessions can also be requested for your loved ones and pets as well.

What is Reconnective Healing®?
Reconnective Healing is a return to an optimal state
of balance. It is the result of interacting with the fully
comprehensive Reconnective Healing spectrum of frequencies that consists
of energy, light and information.Its first basic element is energy. Energy is everything we are made up of organically, our very essence and our actual physical body.
Light is the resonance and communication within these frequencies between the universe and us.
Information comes through the very interaction and entrainment with the energy and the light.
Reconnective Healing completely transcends traditional energy healing techniques as it allows us to let go of the concept and approach of technique itself. It is neither a therapy nor a treatment, as it does not focus on symptoms. It is something much, much more. In Reconnective Healing I do not diagnose or treat. I simply interact with the Reconnective Healing Frequencies, bringing about healings that are often instantaneous and tend to be life long.
How does it work?
You would be lying on a massage table fully clothed for about 30 minutes followed by a debrief about your experience.
What I do is simply allow, notice and interact with the frequencies and your energy with my hands off of your body. It is completely safe and non-intrusive.
What should I expect during the session?
Just relax and you might drift off a little knowing that you will receive whatever it is that you need healing on. Notice what you notice and be as open to experiencing 'nothing' as you are to experiencing ‘something’. It’s best if you don’t try to meditate, pray or do any other form of mind work. Results may be obvious to you immediately or may unfold over time.
There is not talking during the session until I let you know when it is finished, which we would debrief about your experience.

- Do not wear fragrances
- Do not mix your session with any other types of energy work/practices before and after because it would dilute the purity of this work
How many sessions do I need?
Sometimes one session is all you need. We can figure out how many sessions you might need intuitively. You may have the answer at that time or let it sit for awhile to see how you feel. Reconnective Healing is not about regular visits, on any on-going basis or dependency. However, you might want to receive a session or a series of them after a period of time as new things come up at a later time.
Can this be received as distance healing instead of being in-person?
Yes! Reconnnective Healing sessions can be done over distance. The Reconnective frequencies are equally as or perhaps even more effective when facilitated at a distance. This is an option to consider if you live outside of Vancouver or it is challenging for you to come in person. Also, distance healing is an excellent choice if you have a loved one in mind who could benefit from this work.

What can it heal?
I only access and direct the frequencies, so I do not focus on any symptoms or a particular ailment cure. I cannot guarantee, claim credit, or take responsibility for what occurs, but it is always happening for your highest good. It can help with all kinds of challenges, whether they are physical, spiritual, mental and/or emotional.
As much as possible, come to this work with anticipation and not with a specific outcome in mind. This is an experience that takes place between you and your higher consciousness, and how it will reveal itself remains to be seen.

What is The Reconnection®?
The Reconnection is an accelerated exchange of the energy, light and information found
in the Reconnective Healing Frequencies™.It is a focused formation to connect three systems: the ley lines of our planet, the meridian lines of the human body and the universal energy grid.
The Reconnection is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that ties us back into a timeless system of intelligence.
Originally the meridian lines (sometimes
called acupuncture lines) on our bodies were connected to the grid lines
that encircle the planet and cross at acknowledged power places such as
Machu Picchu and Sedona. These grid lines were designed to continue out
and connect us to a vastly larger grid, tying us into the entire
universe.
How does it work?
The process is done via a two-session experience in-person, usually over two days with a maximum gap of 72 hours. Each session lasts for about 30-45 minutes on the table followed by a debrief. You would be fully clothed on the table. The session is done hands off the body which is safe and non-intrusive.
Although the two are not completely separate processes, to obtain the full benefits of each, your Reconnective Healing sessions and your Reconnection sessions are to be experienced on separate occasions. It is not required but ideal to have experienced Reconnective Healing before receiving the Reconnection.

Constance's story:
I first heard about the Reconnection through different encounters at seminars and festivals, where I was able to get a small taste of it in mini sessions. I was browsing through a book store one day, and The Reconnection book had caught my eye. As I read through the book, I could feel the energy emanating from it. Somehow, the energy in my hands had changed as well. I was enticed and felt that attending a seminar would be important for me one day.
I have assisted healing for others on all levels with this work.
