Constance Au Transformational and Integrative Healing

It has been a very special summer working at Hollyhock and being on Cortes Island. I am very grateful for the opportunity to have met some wonderful friends, provided meaningful bodywork in a beautiful setting, be in pristine nature, and received much needed deep healing.

Learning to heal oneself is the best teacher in learning to heal others. Difficult sometimes but what else is more important? Maybe that is just one of the little things on my to-do list before I die.

Currently, I am back in Vancouver for the time being. I am contemplating on my next step and keeping myself open to possibilities.
