Recently, I went to further my skills in Craniosacral Therapy in Toronto, so I have now completed Level 2 with Upledger Institute. It was a great workshop for me as I have learned alot of new techniques and to work more intuitively. I have never been to Eastern Canada before so it was a good excuse to see and do a little bit of traveling in Toronto and Montreal. I really enjoyed my stay as the weather was mostly warm to hot at this time of the year, and people were open, friendly and hospitable.
After returning to Vancouver for a week to unpack, pack again, and say farewell to friends, I am heading to my summer employment at Hollyhock, an educational retreat centre on Cortes Island. I am quite honoured to have this opportunity as a bodyworker, and hope that it will be a very special and healing experience.
